No. Kokomo's Toes in the Sand dining experience under the palm trees is open to the public and available at no additional fee. Guests can enjoy beachfront dining with their feet in the sand and beautiful waterfront views at no extra cost.

We accept dining reservations Monday through Friday through our website. Saturdays and Sundays are walk-in only. Reservations are recommended during peak dining hours Monday through Friday.

Yes! Kokomo's Restaurant offers a Two-for-One Lobster Roll Special every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 PM until close. Guests can enjoy two lobster rolls for the price of one with the purchase of one appetizer.

Upon arrival at Kokomo's Restaurant, please see our valet parking area located behind the restaurant. We provide two and a half hours of complimentary parking for dining guests only, based on availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
