Yes! Our Koko Beach Stay-the-Day rental area is perfect for families looking to spend a relaxing day by the water. With lounge chairs, cabanas, and a welcoming beachfront environment, it's a great place for guests of all ages to enjoy the Connecticut shoreline together.

Once you book your lounge chair or cabana, your rental is reserved for the entire day and is yours to enjoy. We will not give away your reservation, so you can relax and enjoy your full beach day experience at Kokomo's. Guests may arrive as early as 10:30 AM and stay as late as 6:30 PM.

Cabanas have a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, including small children. Lounge chair rentals allow 1 guest per chair.

To provide all guests with an uncrowded, comfortable Caribbean beach experience, we do not allow additional guests beyond the stated occupancy limits for each rental.

If you have a larger party, you may combine multiple cabanas or add lounge chairs to your cabana reservation based on availability. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone.

No. Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted on Koko Beach. All food and beverages must be purchased through your private server while enjoying your beach rental. Yes! Guests renting cabanas or lounge chairs at Koko Beach are welcome to enjoy the water during their visit. Relax on the sand or take a swim as part of your beach day experience.

Beach cabana rentals and Family Beach Day packages include one complimentary parking space.

Individual lounge chair rentals do not include complimentary parking; however, guests renting lounge chairs can secure parking by purchasing our $100 food and beverage voucher at the time of booking. If the full $100 voucher is used during your visit, your parking fee will be waived.

Additional parking spaces are available in our separate parking lot for a daily fee, based on availability. Parking availability and rates are subject to change. We recommend arriving early, especially during peak beach days, to ensure parking availability.

Once you book your Koko Beach beachfront rental, it is reserved for you for the entire day from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We will not give away your cabana or lounge chair reservation, so you can enjoy your rental for the full duration of your beach day. We recommend arriving as close to your planned arrival time as possible to make the most of your experience.

Kokomo's Restaurant accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Tap & Pay for all purchases. Please note that Kokomo's does not accept cash payments.

Yes! Koko Beach rentals are available for private events and special gatherings. To discuss your event details and set up your booking, please contact us through our website. Our team will be happy to help create a memorable beachfront experience for your group.

No. There is no minimum food or beverage spend required when renting a cabana or lounge chair on Koko Beach. Your rental includes your reserved seating for the day, and our regular food and beverage menu will be available to you through your private server while you relax and enjoy the beachfront experience.

Add-on packages, including Guys Beach Day, Family Beach Day, and Girls Beach Day packages, are also available but are not required with your rental. Guests are welcome to customize their experience based on what works best for their group.
